TECHNOLOGY

Touchscreen technology is very popular when it comes to interactive self-service kiosks. It allows the user to work the system with ease and minimal complications.

Different touchscreen types and sizes are available and our technical team will be keen to advise you on what it is you will need. The angle of your screen can be very important, if it is completely vertical then it can be tricky to see and users will find themselves bending down at an angle. If the screen is positioned just right then the user will have a clear vision of the screen and anybody else, such as passers by or people queuing behind will not be able to view the screen. This is ideal in visitor management systems as some confidential information might be on display.

Hardware options for your GSR

Once a software package has been chosen, you will then need to decide on a piece of hardware. You might want something small and sleek, such as a desk mounted touchscreen tablet, or something more bold like a larger free standing kiosk. All options can be customized with company logos or colours.
